DEFENSIVE DRIVING CLASS IN TEMPE

June 28th – 10am to 2:15pm

This Defensive Driving Class is held at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton. Address: 1550 S 52nd St, Tempe AZ 85281. The crossroads are 52nd St and Broadway Rd (right next to I-10 and AZ-143).  Class starts at 10am. Please arrive 15-20 min earlier for verification of your documents.

 YOU WILL NEED TO BRING:

1. Your ticket or a legible copy of your ticket
2. Your Driving License (or government issued picture ID)
3. Your payment. Payment is due when you come to class in the form of a Money Order or Cashier’s Check (please make it out to Express Defensive Driving School). No personal checks, cash, credit cards or debit cards.

ATTENTION:

Express Defensive Driving School is dedicated to limiting and mitigating the spread of COVID-19. We follow the rules established in the Executive Orders of the Governor and the Supreme Court of Arizona. THEREFORE:

• The groups are kept small. Adequate spacing will be provided
• Everyone needs to bring and wear their own face mask
• Sick people will not be allowed in class
• Payments must be in the forms of Money Order of Cashier Check (payable to Express Defensive Driving School)

You can attend Defensive Driving once every 12 months in Arizona. If you have any questions please call our office at 480-430-0408.

The school is required to charge the exact State Surcharge, State Fee and Court Diversion fees and then pays these to the state and courts on your behalf. Therefore, you do NOT have to also pay the fine for the violation you are diverting with this course. However, if you received more than one violation on your citation, you will have to pay for the additional violations separately. Please consult your court with questions about payment for multiple violations.

The course lasts 4 hours. There are no tests or quizzes. You will receive your receipt at the end of the class. The price of the class is determined by the name of the court on your ticket. Select the court from the list below.
